These Terms govern your use of the Honeymoon Journeys website and travel-planning tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Honeymoon Journeys provides tools for planning and organizing trips, including itineraries, budgets, expenses, reservations, checklists, packing lists, and shared planning.
We are not a travel agency, booking provider, insurer, financial adviser, or tour operator. Information provided through the service is for general planning purposes only.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Your Information
You retain ownership of the information you enter into the service.
You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that information as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You must have permission before entering personal information about another person.
Do not use the service as the only storage location for important travel documents or reservation information. You should keep separate copies of essential records.
4. Shared Trips
You may invite other people to view or edit a trip.
Invited users may be able to add, change, copy, or delete shared information. You are responsible for choosing whom you invite and managing their access.
We are not responsible for changes made by people whom you authorized to access a trip or for disputes between users.
5. Travel Information and Bookings
Prices, schedules, visa requirements, health requirements, exchange rates, travel advisories, and availability may change.
You are responsible for verifying all travel information directly with the relevant authority or provider before making a booking or travelling.
Budget and expense-sharing calculations are based on information entered by users. They do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
6. Third-Party Services
The service may link to airlines, hotels, booking platforms, maps, insurers, and other third parties.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, cancellations, or refunds.
Any transaction with a third party is between you and that provider.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or fraudulently;
- access another person’s account without permission;
- interfere with the service or its security;
- upload harmful code;
- collect information through unauthorized automated methods; or
- infringe another person’s rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, software, design, branding, and service content belong to Honeymoon Journeys or its licensors.
You may use the service for personal travel planning. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it without permission.
9. Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, secure, accurate, or free from errors or data loss.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or if suspension is required by law.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, travel disruption, missed bookings, third-party failures, loss of data, or decisions made using information from the service.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us during the previous 12 months, or SGD 100 if you used the service without payment.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or service.
Continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
